The DIGI4ECO 2nd Info Day, held online on 23 March 2026, successfully brought together participants from across the research, policy and industry communities to explore the project’s progress and early results.
The event aimed to present DIGI4ECO’s ongoing work and provide insights into how the project is contributing to the development of the Digital Twin of the Ocean.
During the Info Day, partners shared updates on the project’s objectives, approach and progress achieved so far. The presentations highlighted the work carried out across different technical components, including data collection, data treatment and the integration of technologies that support ocean monitoring and analysis.
Early results from ongoing activities were also presented, offering a first look into the potential of DIGI4ECO’s solutions to support more effective and data-driven understanding of marine environments.
A key part of the session focused on the technologies developed and used within the project. These include advanced data processing tools, monitoring systems and innovative approaches that contribute to building a comprehensive Digital Twin framework.
The DIGI4ECO consortium would like to thank all participants for their interest and engagement.
